Workout PlanCS, Age 46 While not overweight and in good physical condition, age had caught with me. My body needed some reshaping. With Joanne's guidance and motivation, she taught me how to use weights to tone up my body. I was able to get leaner and feel better about my self when in looked in the mirror.
